I suffered all my adult life with what doctors told me was IBS. I found Dr. Habba by chance when doing some research online. I was skeptical when going through all the tests I had done so many times before, but Dr. Habba encouraged me. The tests revealed I had Habba Syndrome, not IBS.  Once I started treatment for Habba Syndrome, it was like a miracle overnight. It’s been completely life changing, not just for me, but for my husband, as well. Now, 6 years later, I’m still seeing Dr. Habba and feeling great. I take every opportunity to share my story with others who are struggling with the same symptoms and tell them to see Dr. Habba.

I came to Dr. Habba after he helped solve my daughter's stomach issues. She had been through several doctors and no one was able to take the time to diagnose her ailment. She needed to have her gallbladder removed. Dr. Habba was the only physician to diagnose her condition. He is very scientific in his approach and orders many tests to rule out certain conditions. Dr. Habba is able to zero in on a problem and address it. At the same time, he is very personable, and he takes a genuine interest in his patients. In doing so, I avoided unnecessary surgery, nightly suppositories and voodoo treatments. I am now able to live an active life and am addressing my problem with thoughtful medication. When all the information is in, Dr. Habba is in the best position to give you the right diagnosis.

My entire life I suffered from gut issues. I was frustrated, my relationship with food was not a good one. I wasn’t content with the IBS diagnosis and was upset that no one would dig deeper. I tried the limiting diets, over the counter drugs, natural remedies. After a particularly horrible episode I looked around for a new doctor.

Dr. Habba was thorough in looking at the entire picture and checking in with me along the way. I’m no longer worried about what may happen if I have dinner at a friend’s house. I’m not riddled with anxiety about going out for lunch. I’m not running to the bathroom during work. My life’s changed.

But that’s not even the whole picture. When I called feeling unwell he got back to me back quickly with another plan. His bedside manner is fabulous. I’m a particularly anxious patient and that is everything for someone that has a lifelong diagnosis. I never have to wait a long time for an appointment. Chris and Mary Claire run the office like a tight ship and nothing ever falls through with them. They’ve had to deal with me and the nightmare pharmacy more times than I’d like to admit. Bottom line: if you have a bad gut, Dr. Habba will fix you and it will be a positive experience.

Grateful for Dr. Habba and his help! I couldn't figure out what was causing my issues. Other doctors claimed it was IBS, while most doctors had no explanation all all. When I finally hear about Dr. Habba and the Habba Syndrome, I immediately made an appointment to see him. His staff has been extremely nice and Dr. Habba is helping me get back to my old, healthy self! I can't thank him and his team enough!!
